This policy explains what information Dunwell collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.
To provide the Service (organize your receivables, draft messages you approve), process payments, provide support, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, database, payment processing, and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law. Messages you approve are sent from your own accounts to the recipients you choose.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, contact us.
